A detachable track assembly for a drawer comprises a pair of positioning members 11, adapted to be mounted in place on a component 1, a track member 2 having a pair of holes 21 and a retaining member 3 pivotly connected to the track member in a location adjacent to one of the positioning holes. The positioning members have enlarged heads extendable though the positioning holes, where the positioning holes have an additional portion with a width smaller than the enlarged heads of the positioning members. The pivoted retaining member has an end 31 adapted to hold the positioning member motionlessly in the narrow portion of the positioning hole to prevent the track member from moving relative to the component after the positioning members have been extended into the positioning holes and moved into the narrow portions. The pivoted retaining member may be spring loaded by means of a wire spring with a first end engaged with the retaining member and a second end engaged with an orifice 22 in the track member. |
