METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FRONT BODY MEMBER OF VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a front body member for a vehicle is provided to reduce working process, and to cut down expenses by pressing a front side member and a reinforcement member simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: An iron plate is cut to manufacture a front side member and a reinforcing member of a vehicle. The cut front side member and the cut reinforcing member are overlapped, and the front side member is temporarily mounted in the reinforcing member by spot-welding the side of the reinforcing member. The combined reinforcing member is placed on the front side member, and processed by pressing. The front side member is combined with the reinforcing member to integrate members. Working process and expenses are reduced by press-processing the front side member and the reinforcing member at the same time.
