PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that adhesives have been used for the joining of a metal and a resin, and several minutes or more have been taken as curing time for adhesion, therefore, productivity has been inferior, and control items on an adhesive coating apparatus, adhesive control, coating weight or the like have been increased, and apparatus cost has been high. SOLUTION: A metal 8 provided on a heat resistant insulating material 9 and a resin 7 provided on the metal 8, and through which LD (laser diode) beam passes 50% ore more are pressurized by a transparent inorganic material 15. LD bar array beam consisting of an LD element having a light emitting wavelength of <=1 micron is line-collimated, and the line-collimated LD beam onto the surface of the metal 8 via the inorganic material 15 and the resin 7. |
