<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which can easily and securely specify the correspondence relation between both the end parts of respective optical fibers in a bundle at both the end parts of the bundle. SOLUTION: Light beams of mutually different colors emitted by light emission parts 4a to 4z of a light source part 6 are made incident on end parts of the optical fibers 1a to 1z, connected to the light emission parts 4a to 4z by connectors 2a to 2z, at one end part of the bundle of the optical fibers and light beams emitted from end parts of the optical fibers 1a to 1z are received by a color decision part 20 at the other end part of the optical fiber bundle to decide the colors of the light beams. Consequently, the correspondence relation between both the end parts of the optical fibers 1a to 1z is specified. The light source part 6 is equipped with control parts 3a to 3z which control the light emission colors of the light emission parts 4a to 4z.</p> |
