<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a laminated body with a wider width than the width of a web to be fed. SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for manufacturing the laminated body by laminating strands arranged in the transverse direction on a nonwoven fabric 10 being a raw fabric web in which fibers are arranged in the longitudinal direction has carrying means 60, 85 and 86 for respectively carrying two sheets of the nonwoven fabrics 10, a guiding member 20 for respectively curving two sheets of the nonwoven fabrics 10 into semi-cylindrical shapes and forming a cylindrical shape with these two sheets of the nonwoven fabrics 10 by means of a forming part 21, a jetting head 41 being arranged at the axial center of the cylindrical shape formed of the two sheets of the nonwoven fabrics 10 and being rotated around the axial line approximately as a center and extruding a polymer liquid toward each of nonwoven fabrics 10 in such a way that the strands are laminated on the inner side faces of the two sheets of the nonwoven fabrics 10, a cutter (it is not shown in the figure) for cutting the cylindrical laminated body manufactured by laminating the strands on the inner side faces of the cylindrical two sheets of the nonwoven fabrics 10 into a sheet and a developing part 23 for developing a composite sheet 80 being a cut laminated body into a plane shape.</p> |
