PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing agent which imparts the stable dispersibility and dispersion durability to a lean-mix hydraulic composition even when there is a temperature change in the hydraulic composition and a quality fluctuation in fine aggregate, little causes bleeding and improves the operability. SOLUTION: This dispersing agent for lean-mix hydraulic composition contains a copolymer mixture which is obtained by copolymerizing a specified monomer A1 such as ethylene type unsaturated carboxylic acid derivative having polyoxyalkylene groups and a specified monomer A2 such as (meth)acrylic acid and has the molar ratio A1/A2 which is changed at least one time in the process of reaction.
