PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser light scanner which can eliminate the need for a temperature controller and prevent color slurring from being caused as ambient temperature varies. SOLUTION: To correct a shift in the irradiation position of a laser beam on photographic paper 2 from a reference position in a horizontal scanning direction (vertical scanning direction) due to variation in ambient temperature, a horizontal-scanning-direction correction part 1841 (vertical-scanning-direction correction part 1842) corrects the output timing of image data (from an image processing part 170 to a memory part 190) from the memory part 190 to D/A converters 155, 156 and 157 by using the temperature measurement result from a temperature sensor 140 and the contents of a position shift storage part 183.
