PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a snow-melting cost, and to surely melt snow in the vicinity of an eave soffit while decreasing an adverse effect on a roof by treating the quantity of a flowing and a dropping to a section under the eaves in a reducible manner without storing snow water on the roof. SOLUTION: The snow water is evaporated, melting snow laying on a section B1 in the vicinity of the eave soffit by utilizing solar heat.
