PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel combustion apparatus which can be carried with ease without being turned over upon replenishing an oil tank with a fuel, and the oil tank. SOLUTION: A fuel supply port 44 for supplying fuel is provided on the side of an upper surface of the tank 12, and a connection joint section 47 connectable with a body side combustion section upon its mounting on the body of the tank is provided on an upper portion of the tank. when the oil tank 12 is replenished with the fuel, the fuel can be supplied without turning over the tank. Further, a knob 43 is provided on the side of the upper surface of the tank with a caster 600 provided on a bottom surface of the tank to move the tank along a floor surface without raising or lowering the tank at the time of being replenishing the tank with the fuel.
