PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a watertightness by applying only a partial sealing after a vertical frame and horizontal frame are assembled for the portion, where the board edge of the vertical frame attaches either the upper or the lower surface of the horizontal frame. This is done instead of applying sealing on almost entire surface that attaches the horizontal frame along the room in/out direction within the vertical frame section. SOLUTION: Provide a watertight line K, which divides the watertightness of the interior and exterior of the room, within the section of the vertical frame 3A that is in the interior near a curtain wall. By applying sealing along the line K, it can omit the sealing work for the entire surface (line) along the interior/exterior direction of the room within the section of the above vertical frame 3A. This sealing can be done, for example, by fixing a backing-up material 51 to the board surface of the vertical frame 3A leaving a space in between the lower horizontal frame 4B. Then, by filling in a flexible sealing material 52 in the concave surrounded by the backing up material 51, the above vertical boards 3a, 3f, 3b and the upper surface of the lower horizontal frame 4B.
