PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosure feeder for substantially avoiding the double feed or misfeed of enclosures. SOLUTION: The device for feeding the enclosures to be enclosed one by one comprises carrying parts 1, 2, 4 for carrying an enclosure picked out of the plurality of stacked enclosures 10 in sequence along a predetermined path and a static elimination part 3 for substantially removing static electricity from the enclosure 10a right before picked out of the plurality of enclosures.
