PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker crane capable of lowering the height of a fork and resultantly increasing storing efficiency of baggage in a warehouse. SOLUTION: In this stacker crane 2, wheels 8 running on a running rail 7 are arranged at respective ends of an under frame 9, masts 12 for guiding a hoisting operation of a carriage 11 having a fork 10 are stood at respective ends, and a chain guiding sprocket 17 for guiding a lift chain 13 for hoisting the carriage 11 is disposed in the under frame 9. A partitioning member 18 is interposed between the running rail 7 and the chain guiding sprocket 17, and an interval between the partitioning member 18 and each of the running rail 7 and the chain guiding sprocket 17 is minimized.
