PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a treatment agent for toilet water that is an appropriate agent for treating toilet water of circulating, sucking, or the like, and in addition to have excellent sterilizing activity, deodorant activity, lasting activity, and covering property, free from contamination by adding to fiber products or the like. SOLUTION: This agent contains a pigment dispersed by one or more of nonionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, or amphoteric surfactant, a coloring agent dispersing body comprising one or more of a dispersing dye and an oil soluble dye, and a cationic sterilizing agent. It is desirable that the coloring agent dispersing body is contained at 0.1-25 wt.% is terms of that comprising one or more of the pigment in the dispersing body, the dispersing dye, or the oil soluble dye, and the cationic sterilizing agent is contained at 0.5-40 wt.%, and the coloring agent dispersing body has an average particle diameter of 5μm or less in a dispersing state in a water system.
