PURPOSE: A fountain scrubber coupled with a tap having two ports is provided to effectively wash vessels using little amount of water by closely spraying water into vessels to be washed while moving the fountain scrubber. CONSTITUTION: A fountain scrubber(21) is coupled with a tap(20) having two ports. The fountain scrubber(21) includes a scrubber supporting plate. A plurality of rectangular holes are formed around a center of the scrubber supporting plate. A circular hole having a size identical to a size of a fountain is formed in a scrubber. A plurality of strings are radially attached to the scrubber about the circular hole. An opening/closing plate and a spring are provided in the tap(20) so as to open/close draining ports, as necessary. A brush having a conical shape is detachably coupled to the fountain.
