PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a focal-plane shutter for a digital camera constituted so that the light receiving surface of an imaging unit is maintained on a good condition without decreasing the operational speed of the shutter so much. SOLUTION: A front blade is arranged between the shutter bottom board 1 and an intermediate plate 2 and a rear blade is arranged between the plate 2 and an auxiliary bottom board 3. The rear blade constituted of two arms 12 and 13 and four blades 14 to 17, and a wiper member 17a is attached to the surface on the board 3 side of a slit form blade 11 arranged nearest to the board 3 side. By special constitution of a rear blade driving member 22 and a set member 23, the wiper member 17a is forcibly brought into contact with the light receiving surface of the imaging unit 4 so as to remove fine powder at the set operation time, and the forcible force is released so that the exposure operation by the rear blade may not be delayed so much at the exposure operation time. |
