<p>Bottle is first brought to preset temperature lower than ideal temperature, and thermostat (8) is set to ideal temperature. Bottle is opened, and placed inside container (3) which is sealed by lid (2). Electronic sensor (6) is placed inside bottle. Heaters (4) are switched on. When temperature reaches preset temperature, heaters are switched off, and light (10) is turned on to indicate wine has reached temperature just below ideal temperature. <??>As bottle is placed in sealed container, temperature of wine can be kept at preset temperature for a few hours. <??>An Independent claim is also included for the apparatus used for bringing bottle of wine at its ideal consumption temperature.</p> |
