PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacturing method of a pattern frame for treating a surface of leather and a surface treating method using it, which reduce production cost and installation cost, decrease labor cost, increase productivity and are possible to produce the leather products having excellent texture and excellent quality. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the pattern frame is as follows: (a rubber frame producing step,100) coating a pattern plate with rubber, followed by hardening; releasing the rubber from the pattern plate to produce a rubber frame; setting the rubber frame on a fixing plate; (a paraffin frame producing step,110) mixing paraffin and graphitic powder, and liquefying a mixture; coating a pattern surface of the rubber frame with the liquefied mixture, and drying; releasing to produce a paraffin frame; (a gold-leaf powder coating step,120) coating a pattern surface of the paraffin frame with gold-leaf powder; (a copper frame producing step,130) installing the paraffin frame coated with gold-leaf powder in a plating bath to apply an electric current; settling fine copper particle on the pattern surface of the paraffin frame to produce a copper frame; releasing the copper frame from the paraffin frame; and then (a stainless plating step,140) plating a surface of the copper frame with stainless to smoothen the surface. The surface treating method is as follows: (a paint coating step) coating the pattern surface with paint, and drying; (a synthetic resin coating step) coating the paint layer with synthetic resin containing a hardening agent, and drying to harden a synthetic resin layer; (the first adhesive coating step) coating first the synthetic resin layer with an adhesive, and drying; (the second adhesive coating step) coating second an adhesive layer with an adhesive; (a natural leather attaching step) attaching natural leather on an adhesive layer; (a drying step) drying for proper time at proper temperature; and then (a leather releasing step) releasing the leather from the copper frame. |
