PURPOSE: A steam generating device is provided to heat liquid or gas in a short time by indirect heating by generating magnetic flux with a resonance type inverter, thereby increasing the power conversion efficiency and minimizing the device. CONSTITUTION: A steam generating device includes a water supply valve(100) for supplying water via a water supply tube, a water tank(200) for storing a predetermined amount of water supplied via the supply tube, a pump(300) for supplying water from a water case via the supply tube by a predetermined pressure, the water case(400) for keeping a predetermined amount of water supplied by the pump via the supply tube always, an indirect heater(500) for heating the water supplied by the pump to generate steam, a steam case(600) for storing a predetermined amount of steam supplied via a discharge tube by the indirect heater, a steam supply valve(900) for supplying or blocking the steam from the steam case to an iron, a safety valve(800) for discharging the steam when a pressure of the steam supplied from the steam case is higher than a predetermined pressure, a pressure gauge(700) for checking the pressure of the steam supplied via the indirect heater, and a pressure switch(710) for controlling the pressure of the steam when the checked steam pressure is higher than the predetermined degree. |
