PURPOSE: A sludge dewatering device capable of controlling rolling pressure is provided, which can regulate pressure force applied to the bottom belt conveyor so as to control rolling pressure to the sludge to be dewatered by installing a hydraulic cylinder on the upper belt conveyor and can prevent the slack of belt so that the dewatering efficiency can be increased. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a discharge part(21) consisting of a resettling tank(20) for resettling sludge(3) settled at a setting tank(2), a screw conveyor(24) for discharging the resettled sludge; a bottom belt conveyor part(41) set beneath the screw conveyor for receiving the resettled sludge and conveying to the other end; an upper belt conveyor part(31) which is set above the bottom belt conveyor and consists of a hydraulic cylinder(60) for controlling rolling pressure to the bottom belt conveyor and plurality of support rollers(33).
