PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancing tester capable of quickly setting the rotational speed of an object to be tested. SOLUTION: The rotational speed of the object to be tested is obtained in relation to the rotational speed of a driving pulley by using the ratio of outer diameter dimensions of the object to be tested and the driving pulley, and gradation showing the rotational speed of the object to be tested is set on an operating section regulating the rotational speed of a driving pulley.
