PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiobjective buoy that can considerably reduce wear caused by the repeated slackness and tension of a mooring rope such as a chain by load caused by a high billow, a tidal current, a drift current, or the like, and the up and down of wave height. SOLUTION: This multiobjective buoy has a sinker block 41b sunk to the water bottom, with one end of a wire 42c connected thereto; an intermediate buoy 21 connected to the other end of the wire 42c and stretched in the vertical direction to the water bottom to float underwater; and a multiobjective buoy body moored to the sea surface side by wires 42a or 42b and the intermediate buoy 21 maintained in a horizontal state by a plurality of wires 42d with one ends connected to a plurality of sinker blocks 41b arranged to surround the center which is the wire 42c used as the reference and connected between the sinker block 41b and the intermediate buoy 21, and with the other end connected to the intermediate buoy 21.
