PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder-less zeolite bead molding having both a high strength property and an excellent adsorbing performance, a manufacturing method for easily obtaining the binder-less zeolite bead molding, and a method for adsorbing and removing a specific component in a gas or water by using the molding. SOLUTION: The binder-less zeolite bead molding has >=95% zeolite content. A part or all of exchangeable sodium ions in the molding are exchanged with univalent to tervalent cations or the mixture of these ions, and the particles having >=1.7 mm diameter in the whole particles of the molding have >=6 kgf mean pressure resistance. In the manufacturing method, a mixture of raw materials is molded, baked, made binder-less, ion-exchange, and activated. The method for adsorbing and removing adsorbed substances is conducted by using this binder-less zeolite bead molding.
