PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor having high durability which hardly wears, which has preferable cleaning property for a long time from the initial stage, which does not cause increase in the residual potential or abnormal images such as out-of-focus images even for repeated use, and which can stably form images with high picture quality for a long time, and to provide an electrophotographic method, an electrophotographic device and an electrophotographic process cartridge by using the photoreceptor so that exchanging photoreceptors is made unnecessary, that the device can be made small in size responding to faster printing or a reduced diameter of the photoreceptor, and that images with high picture quality can be stably obtained even for repeated use. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having at least a photosensitive layer and a protective filler containing a filler successively formed on a conductive supporting body, the protective layer contains an inorganic filler and graft copolymer fine particles having a core/shell structure.
