PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and improve mountability and operability. SOLUTION: The structure has a movable sliding screen 3 provided vertically movably along a vertical groove 7 of a vertical frame 1c in a frame body comprising an upper frame 1a, a lower frame 1b and the right and left vertical frames 1c, 1c, and a balancer 18 capable of stopping the movable sliding screen at an arbitrary height. The balancer 18 has a hanging member 17 wound and urged by spring force, and a guide 29 guiding the hanging member 17 in the vertical groove 7 of the vertical frame 1c. The balancer 18 is attached to the lower part of the upper frame 1a, and the edge of the hanging member 17 is locked to the movable sliding screen 3.
