PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the recognition of audio contents of digital signals. SOLUTION: The recognition values indicating the digital signals are derived (140) in such a manner that the recognition values nearly independent of each other can be obtained by the perceptually different digital signals and that the same recognition values can be obtained by the perceptually identical digital signals.
