PURPOSE: A device for a fluorescent luminous background for digital photographs is provided to apply for various places or materials by easily installing and moving the background device and maximize the effect of photographing. CONSTITUTION: A device for a fluorescent luminous background for digital photographs includes an ultraviolet ray interrupting filter(17) inserted into a front surface of a photographing lens(2) for preventing haze and overexposure of a blue sensed layer; a fluorescent luminous part(14) installed on the same optical axis as the photographing lens or at the upper part of the optical axis to minimize generation of shadow in the background, and capable of controlling fluorescent luminous amount and colors; and a fluorescent luminous background part(11) installed at the rear surface part of a subject(4) as the background for taking a digital photograph.
