PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for processing a text which can prevent denial of a sender through identification and verification of the sender of the text. SOLUTION: The apparatus for processing the text comprises a CPU 11, a network interface 18 and a facsimile interface 19. When a text data including signature information and body text information is received from a network through the network interface 18, the CPU 11 creates certification information for certifying the sender of the text data based on the signature information included in the text data and creates an image data for printing that the body text information and the certification information are combined, and transmits the image data for printing to a facsimile 4 through the facsimile interface 19. |
