PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a seat mounted part. SOLUTION: This seat mounting structure is provided with a center rail 25 extending in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle to form a side face 24 of a passage 2; a seat side support part 28 mounted to the center rail 25; fastening parts 31, 36 formed at the upper face 27 of the seat side support part 28; a seat floor plate 38 placed on the upper face of the seat side support part 28 and fastened by a machine screw; an edge part 39 arranged on the end side of the seat floor plate 38 so as to cover the machine screw 46 of the seat floor plate 38; and the seat 42 fastened to the fastening parts 31, 36 so as to jointly fasten the edge part 39.
