PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of input by vibration. SOLUTION: A content key 4 fitted to a portable telephone set 1 detects the electric resistance value of the contact point of a circuit film in X and Y-axes on a piezoelectric circuit sheet 18 and detects the depression position when a user depresses molded plastic 16 on the surface of the key. The electrode board 22 of a diaphragm 20 which corresponds to the depression position is switched from minus to plus by vibration control in the portable telephone set. Then, a vibration piece 21 applied to minus collides with a vibration sheet 19 and generates vibration. The vibration is transmitted to the finger tip of the user depressing the molded plastic 16 via the piezoelectric circuit sheet 18 and rubber resin 17.
