SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by stacking an electric charge generating layer 3 and an electric charge transporting layer 4 on an electrically conductive support 1, the electric charge generating layer 3 contains a phthalocyanine composition and a diphenoquinone derivative.
