PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stove incorporated with a hot water heat exchanger, which makes no boiling sound under the condition that the heat exchanger has been heated up to a high temperature in an individual operation of the stove. SOLUTION: The stove is provided with a main heat exchanger 13 for allowing combustion gas to pass therethrough and for emitting heat from its surface for the stove by radiation and convection, and a hot water heat exchanging chamber 24 having the hot water heat exchanger 23 therein for exchanging heat with combustion gas. The chamber 24 is provided with passage change-over dampers 30, 35 which are, respectively, disposed at a first opening 29 of an entrance side and at an exit side 32. In an individual operation of the stove, the dampers 30, 35 shut down communication to both the entrance and exit of the chamber 24, respectively, to ensure prevention of boiling sound, and thus a user can use the stove feeling easy.
