PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grill which can supply uniform air flow by reducing turbulence of air flow in the back of a distribution plate. SOLUTION: An air supply surface 3 is formed in front of a box body 2, an air flow inlet 5' is made in one side face 5 intersecting the front surface, a plurality of distribution plates 14, 15 and 16 are arranged, at an interval, in parallel with the one side face 5 and the other side face 4, the distribution plate 14 on the most downstream side is abutted against the rear surface 8 and the distribution plate 15 on the most upstream side is disposed closely to the air supply surface 3. When viewed from the one side face 5, no gap is present between the distribution plate 15 on the most upstream side and the rear surface 8 and a channel is formed across the air flow inlet 5' and the other side face 4. The distribution plate 15 on the most upstream side is made of a perforated plate having a large number of through holes.
