PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible fixing band which is detachable in a single operation, permits a lever to be retained completely and is capable of preventing a coupler from coming off because of careless mistake, vibration or the like and improving visibility at the time of confirming a retaining status. SOLUTION: This flexible fixing band 1 is structured so as to retain both levers after a cam lock coupler 3 is coupled and the lever is pushed down for locking.
