PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet fan 10 which is set in a road tunnel by hanging from a tunnel ceiling wall 16, and can easily detect abnormality such as looseness of a bearing structure thereof. SOLUTION: The jet fan 10 has the bearing structure which is constructed so as to connect axially central portions of an outer wall of a cylindrical casing 12 to the tunnel ceiling wall 16 at almost upper locations thereof, by means of hanging members 20a, 20b, 20c, 20d, to thereby bear the weight of the jet fan 10, and so as to connect both axial ends of the outer wall of the cylindrical casing 12 to the tunnel ceiling wall 16 at respective axially diagonally upper locations thereof, by means of restricting members 26a, 26b, to thereby restrict swaying of the cylindrical casing 12. According to the bearing structure, the restricting member 26a has a distortion-gauging load cell 30 for detecting a tensile load, and a determining means 32 compares a detected value with a reference value set beforehand. If the detected value is larger than the reference value, it is determined that abnormality occurs in the bearing structure.
