PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production line by which a mixed flow production line can easily be constructed and the status of progress of production work can easily be grasped. SOLUTION: There are arranged a mobile carriage which travels on a floor in a definite direction (an arrow) at a definite speed, and progress confirming marks 4 which are arranged in the definite direction at regular intervals. The mobile carriage is composed of a power tractor carriage 3 and a product carrying trailer carriage 6 connected thereto. In addition, part sheds are arranged in the definite direction in parallel. Preceding parts are arranged in the front row and following parts are arranged in the back row by turns, respectively, at a time interval necessary for an operation. The state of the progress of the production work can be confirmed from the positional relationship between the position 7 of the carriage 6 and the currently used part shed 5.
