PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced endless belt excellent in flexibility, chemical resistance, stability on forming dimension, stability on electric resistance and the stability of such characteristics against external environment. SOLUTION: This endless belt is principally composed of resin and carbon black and its surface resistivity or volume resistivity on a condition that applied voltage is 100 V is 1×10<6> to 1×10<14> (ΩorΩ.cm). The carbon black is set so that its DBP oil absorption is 50 to 300 cm<3> /100 g, its specific surface area is 35 to 500 m<2> /g, its volatile component is 0 to 20% and its average primary particle size is 20 to 50 nm, and is blended so that relation between X: the content (wt.%) of the carbon black in the endless belt and Y: the surface resistivity (Ω) or the volume resisitvity (Ω×cm) of the endless belt on the condition that the applied voltage is 100 V satisfies -X+30>=logY>=-X+20. The belt for an image forming device using the endless belt and the image forming device using the belt for the image forming device are provided.
