PURPOSE: Interior and exterior materials by waste paper for construction are provided to improve the appearance, to cut down expenses, and to prevent noise and moisture by compressing and winding waste paper into a roll and installing as the wall or ceiling structure. CONSTITUTION: Waste paper is collected, and a plate is formed by a press. A water soluble bond is spread on the surface of the plate, and a roll is formed unidirectionally by winding the plate. Cylindrical metal caps(4) are fitted to both ends of a roll body(2) to support the roll body and protect the roll body against moisture. A hollow(3) is formed in the roll body to distribute load, buffer impact and absorb noise. Moisture is absorbed by manufacturing interior and exterior materials(1) of waste paper, and the outer periphery of the roll body is surrounded by a waterproof and refractory coating sheet. The stiffness is improved by forming the interior and exterior material with pressing and winding waste paper.
