PURPOSE: A composite control apparatus for laparoscopic surgery and a control apparatus for cleaning an abdominal and keeping pressure in the abdominal are provided to perform effectively a laparoscopic operation by integrating a light generation section, a camera control and image processing portion, a pressure control portion, and a cleaning control portion. CONSTITUTION: A power supply portion is formed with an AC power input terminal(1), an EMC filter(2), a power switch(3), a transformer(4), and a PSU(Power Source Unit)(5). The power supply portion generates different reference power sources by using AC power. A main control portion(6) receives the reference power sources from the power supply portion and controls an abdominal cavity cleaner and pressure control portion. The abdominal cavity cleaner and pressure control portion is formed with a gas connector(7), a regulator(8), a solenoid valve set portion(9), a cleaner(10), and a pressure controller(11). The abdominal cavity cleaner and pressure control portion cleans an abdominal cavity and controls a pressure. A camera control and image processing portion is formed with a camera head(12), a camera head connector(13), a display board(14), a vacuum fluorescent display(15), an on-screen display control board(16), and a video board(17). A light generation portion is formed with a light source power PSU(18), a board switch(19), a distribution network board(20), a xenon lamp(21), and an optical guide connector(22).
