PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article supplying device having a screw conveyer where conveyed articles having an irregular conveying pitch can be certainly and smoothly received and are supplied to the next process at a constant interval in a simple and small constitution. SOLUTION: In a receiving region 20A forming the screw conveyer 20, a flank 211a on the upstream side of a spiral tooth 21 abuts on a plug socket 100a fed from a conveying conveyer to regulate progress of the plug socket 100a. In a separating region 20B, a flank 212b on the downstream side of the spiral tooth 21 abuts on a plug socket 100b to press and supply it to the downstream side. In the receiving region 20A, lead of the flank 211a is set to be not more than a minimum pitch between conveyed plug sockets. Lead of the flank 212a is set to be not less than a maximum pitch between the conveyed plug sockets.
