PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefinic resin high strength film material having high strength, high tear strength and high frequency fusibility and especially suitable for a flexible container. SOLUTION: The polyolefinic resin high strength film material includes a substrate layer, which has two or more cloth layers each comprising fiber cloth having gaps between the yarns thereof and at least one polyolefinic resin- containing intermediate layer formed between them, and both upper and back outer surface layers comprising a polyolefinic resin formed on both upper and back surfaces of the substrate layer. The polyolefinic resin for the intermediate layer contains an ethylenic copolymer resin comprising at least one of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer resin and an ethylene/(meth)acrylic acid (ester) copolymer resin and a ratio of the sum total weight of vinyl acetate and (meth) acrylic acid (ester) contained in the total weight of the polyolefinic resins as copolymer components is 10-35 wt.%, and both upper and back outer surface layers and the intermediate layer are mutually joined and continued at the gaps between the yarns of the cloth layers.
