PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection and manufacturing of a raw material by hot- pressing thin sheets with through-holes at a relatively low temperature and to prepare fine gaps with a small frictional resistance in a pipe. SOLUTION: A plurality of ultra-thin sheet-like laminated sheets 1, 2 and 3 with through-holes 1a, 2a and 3a constituting the fine gaps (A) and bonding material layers 4 and 5 formed between the laminated sheets 1, 2 and 3 and with lower melting points than those of the laminated sheets 1, 2 and 3 are provided.
