PURPOSE: Provided is a digital recording polarized sun cap which includes a digital measurement instrument to inform the distance of running and hiking, the time and frequency of walking, the amount of body fat consumed or so on. CONSTITUTION: The digital recording polarized sun cap is characterized by comprising the parts of: a front visor of the sun cap which is painted by coating the color of polarized pb materials and adjusted in degree as a goggle to make things seen vividly at cloudy days, smog and yellow dust cloud; and a digital mode and a recording function which are placed at the front side of the sun cap to measure the amount of exercise, record memos and provide appropriate information.
