SOLUTION: This manifold valve comprises a body 1 and driving parts 2, 3 for driving valve elements 22, 36 provided in the body, The body 1 has a main passage side valve chamber 14 and a sub-passage side valve chamber 15, and further has a main passage 8 communicating with a main passage side communicating port 12 provided at the bottom part center of the main passage side valve chamber 14, a branch passage 10 communicating with the main passage side valve chamber 14, and a sub-passage 9 communicating with a sub- passage side communicating port 13 provided at the bottom part center of the sub-passage side valve chamber 15. The main passage side communicating port 12 and the sub-passage side communicating port 13 are provided with the on-off valve elements 22, 36 respectively, and the valve elements 22, 36 are driven by the driving parts 2, 3 respectively.</p> |
