<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molecular simulation method through a metropolis method, capable of easily and accurately solving the problems when applying a simulated annealing method to a protein in a solution, and also to provide a device, a program, and a recording medium, each used for the same. SOLUTION: The solution is set to a temperature not more than the boiling temperature and a protein in the solution is set to a temperature not less than the boiling temperature, when applying the simulated annealing method to the protein in the solution. Appropriate temperature is set for the mutual interaction between the protein and the solution. The temperature of the protein is virtually raised by reducing the energy of the protein through multiplying it by a conversion coefficient, instead of really raising the temperature of the protein.</p> |
