PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable arranging in order and retrieving probes or the like having target characteristics by restricting effects to be applied to the arrangement and retrieval by a nonspecific reaction spot group or reaction errors from experimental result data of experiments in which a microarray is used. SOLUTION: When a manifestation strength Ep(I) of the probe P(I) which brings about a bond reaction with a desired sample sm(X) to be retrieved, that is, a manifestation strength Ep(I)t of the target probe P(I)t is set and inputted as a retrieval condition by an input/output device 10 for the desired sample sm(X), an operation device 20 searches for the microarray A(K) which satisfies the retrieval condition on the basis of a record of experimental results stored to a data set file device and displays the retrieved result to the input/output device 10.
