PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition without occurring foreign materials in its extruded product showing a good appearance, and capable of obtaining a fabricated product having an uniform section on vacuum-fabrication the extruded sheet, and a vacuum-fabricated product having an uniform uneven section and excellent in a appearance. SOLUTION: This resin composition consists of (A) a rubber-reinforced polyvinyl resin obtained by polymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyanide compound and if necessary other vinyl compound copolymerizable with at least either one of them in the presence of a rubbery polymer, and satisfies that its acetone soluble fraction contains 0.5-10 wt.% component having >=1,000,000 molecular weight measured by a GPC, based on the total of the soluble fraction, and has <=200,000 weight-average molecular weight(Mw) measured by the GPC and >=3 (Mw/Mn) ratio of the weight-average molecular weight(Mw) to the number average-molecular weight (Wn).
