SOLUTION: A retaining lever 310, an illuminating angle variable mechanism (a light guide 304, a xenon tube 305, a moving lever 309 or the like) and a stepping motor 316 are housed in a stroboscopic light emitting part 3 (a stroboscopic base 301 and a stroboscopic case 302) capable of moving between a light emitting position and a housing position, and the inclined surface of a plane part 104 is set as the housing position of the light emitting part 3.
