PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chassis frame structure that can enlarge the width of a front part of a side rail without increasing new kick parts. SOLUTION: The side rail 2 is constituted divided in a sub-side rail 4 forming the front part, and a main side rail 5 forming the remaining greater part. The front end part of the main side rail 5 and the rear end part of the sub-side rail 4 are fastened overlapping in the cross direction through a spacer 6 with an appropriate thickness so that the sub-side rail 4 is arranged in the offset state outside in the cross direction to the main side rail 5.
