PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shifter with simple and portable structure, which is able to locate at a various places. SOLUTION: The shifter is constituted to be self-propelled on suspension materials by setting suspension materials over a certain locations and rotating their driving wheels while winding the suspension materials on driving wheels.
