PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of pits in a weld metal zone without using fillers, etc., in forming galvanized steel sheets to a deposited body by a laser beam. SOLUTION: In forming main and sub doors 1 and 2 by depositing the front and rear surface sheets 3 and 4 formed by suitably cutting and bending the galvanized steel sheets to each other, the weld metal zone is formed by welding of butt sections by a YAG laser in such a manner that the end face of the other surface plate is abutted against the surface of the one surface plate like, for example, the front end face (corresponding to the plate end face of this invention) 3d which is the cut surface of a right piece section 3b of the front surface plate 3 is butted against the front side surface (plate surface) of the right end edge in the lateral direction of the rear surface plate 4. |
